House of Hiranandani’s scores on two important dimensions, Pride, and Credibility, have been identified as key strengths relative to the India Top 50 Great mid-size workplace benchmark.
While pride measures employees’ sense of pride in their work by assessing their feelings towards their job, team, and company, credibility measures the extent to which employees see management as credible (believable, trustworthy), by assessing their perceptions of management’s communication practices, competence, and integrity.
